The ROES Client can be used at a photo shoot in offline mode. It caches the lab graphics and templates files so the offline experience is identical to being online. Orders can be created and queued to send as a batch when a connection becomes available, or saved locally to be burned to CD or DVD. The order queue is also useful in online mode, where orders can be queued and sent in the background while new orders are being created. An order history is kept for as long as the studio desires, ensuring that if a network problem or other outage occurs, the order can simply be re-sent without losing any data.
